Our promise to you
This is an excellent example of managing Crisis Communications. The CEO took the lead in connecting to the customers apart from sending a personalized letter to each and every customer who was affected by the crisis.
This is really helpful. Please give me some strategic guidance about how to manage crisis situations through communications. Or, how can we optimize media relations during crisis. Also, is Social media really helpful? I think people are already losing interest because it is such a MARKETING strategy now.
